If
you’d like a kit from Bountiful Baby (up to $40.00), then I will charge $300
Labor for Caucasian Reborns and $400 Labor for African-American Reborns which
covers everything, including shipping within the USA. If
you require a more expensive kit (any kit over $40.00) you will be charged the
difference in cost. African-American
dolls take much more time and labor to paint.
Depending on the complexion you request, it can take at least 10 to 15
applications of paint layers to achieve the correct skin tones, that’s why
there is a difference in the cost for reborning African-American/Bi-Racial
babies.
Important
information for International Customers
- I will pay half of your actual shipping charges and YOU are responsible for
your own country’s Customs/Import fees. I
do not ship to unfriendly countries, and have the right to use my own discretion
as to where to ship. If you, at any
time, are dishonest as to where you are located,
between the time of placing your order and the actual time of shipping,
then you have forfeited all funds collected while producing your baby, and your
baby will be put up for adoption to cover my labor time and costs.
Do not ask me to ship the baby to you as a “gift” so you can save on
Customs fees – it is against the law and will prohibit me from shipping to
your country again.

SHIPPING:
All shipments are through USPS Priority Mail. Most dolls are shipped with
an average of $35 shipping cost - however, this could be more or less, depending
on the actual weight of the package and the shipping address. I
always include insurance on custom reborns.

If you want a closed eye baby, I will root the eyelashes with the same hair used
for rooting her head – so there will be no need to purchase eyelashes.
If, on the other hand, you want an opened eyed baby, eyelashes will be
needed, although Newborns rarely have eyelashes, it depends on how a particular
newborn would look with or without eyelashes.

be a $20 extra charge for belly plates.

What kit
would you like? Prices generally
start around $24.99 - $125.99 (more charges will be added for more expensive
kits). Where I shop, there are no
kits costing over $40. If you want a kit that’s priced over $40, I will have
to charge you the difference. I would prefer you take a look at this site, and

Items that
come with your custom order include: One
outfit (of my choice), onesie, diaper, and pacifier. I also supply the
paints, filling, weighting materials and any extras that go into constructing
your baby doll.

Note
about hair: I tend to root heavy, so
you may have to restyle the babies hair the way you want it.

If you are going to
purchase a special outfit for your baby, let me know and I will just send your
baby wrapped in a blanket and save my outfit for another baby.
I will use my supplies on hand, such as hair bows/bands/booties, etc. at
no extra charge to you.

I can get as close to the weight size you want, as long as it is
not over 7 lbs. Bigger dolls
may have an exception to weight, as there is more room in the limbs and body of
the doll.
Let me know if I have
forgotten anything that you might want that I didn’t mention.
Bottom
line is:
Your deposit only covers half of my Labor.
You will receive a final invoice for the balance of my Labor, Shipping,
Kit and Mohair and any other items you may request that I do not normally
supply. I am requesting one-half of
my Labor BEFORE I start on your doll. I
will periodically send photos so you can see my progress.
If, after the completion of your doll and you have not paid your balance
within 30 days from the date of invoice, you will forfeit your deposit and I
will put the doll up for adoption to cover the balance of my costs.
Please fill out this
questionnaire and return it to me as soon as you can. Once
the kit arrives, I will start right away. By
completing and returning this questionnaire, and making your deposit, you agree
to the above terms.

There are no returns on Custom Reborn dolls and once I start painting, there will be no turning back because the paint is permanent, and I will not do any stripping. Thank you
