Layaway Terms and Conditions I accept PayPal only. I ship USPS Priority Mail and a delivery confirmation goes out with each package - insurance is not offered but is available for an additional fee. My policy is no refunds and no returns. I describe my reborns very accurately and include every detail, but, if you have questions or concerns please feel free to contact me before buying. Layaway is only available on my reborns if purchased from my website. Babies over $200.00 are available for Layaway. You will have to notify me in advance for Layaways and I will direct you to the page for Layaway. I only offer 2 month (half) and 3 month (third) layaway plans. Use the drop down menu under the PayPal button to choose your payment plan 2 month Lay-a-way Plan: A non-refundable deposit of one half is required to hold your baby (2 months) and goes toward the total price. Your remaining payment will be due 30 days from the date of your deposit. The final invoice will include your remaining balance and shipping cost. 3 month Lay-a-way Plan: A non-refundable deposit of one third is required to hold your baby (3 months) and goes toward the total price. Your 2 remaining monthly payments will be due on or before the 15th of the month. 1. Your second payment (second one third) is required the following month. 2. The final invoice (third of the one third payments) will include your remaining balance and shipping cost in the third month. Deposit and monthly payments are non refundable. If any payment is not received when due and/or your final payment is not paid within 15 days after the final invoice has been sent to you, your baby will be re-listed for sale. REMEMBER that all previous payments/deposits will be forfeited and will not be refunded. By making your first deposit on this Lay-a-Way, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown above.
